The Project, titled “Development of National Framework on Evaluation Standards” is a collaboration amongst three VOPEs (Vietnam, Laos and Mongolia) with technical advice from the Malaysian Evaluation Society (MES) and the Asia-Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA). The project addresses the issue of the non-existence of national evaluation standards in Vietnam, Laos and Mongolia.
